This apartment can accommodate up to four people and consists of two double bedrooms, one with a private bathroom with shower, a living room with a comfortable sofa and large smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen - fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle, microwave, etc., a bathroom with shower, and a laundry room where you'll find a washing machine. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests.

ACCESSIBILITY: From the main road, you'll need to walk about 150 meters along a private street to reach the property (first villa on the left side facing the lake). After passing through the pedestrian gate, you access the apartment by descending three flights of stairs (30 steps in total). Regarding PARKING, the apartment does not have private parking, but you can park your car for free nearby along the main road - only within the white lines, as parking spaces marked with yellow lines are exclusively for residents.
